That's crazy. I also can't believe that they only have one teacher for 60+ kiddos! I struggle with my 22 and they're 5-6. 60+ 3-5 year olds? You are so dedicated! And what an experience to bring back when you teach back home. I have no doubt that any classroom that you teach in will have eager students dying to learn from you.
